"Louisiana Stories" is on Display!
Our "Louisiana Stories" exhibit, now showing in the entryway at the East Baton Rouge Parish Main Library, involves stories about Louisiana or just about anything related to the State - authors from Louisiana, songs and music, movies, history, folktales, customs, and family lore and traditions; anything that tells a Louisiana story.
An opening reception will be held on Sunday, June 6th from 3-5 p.m. in the large meeting room adjacent to the display, which is across from the Circulation Desk. Refreshments will be served, and artists will be on hand to discuss their works, their techniques, and inspirations for the pieces on display. The event is free and open to the public.
The Main Library is located at 7711 Goodwood Boulevard, Baton Rouge.
